Marketplace Return Policy

1. Introduction

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Marketplace. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. The item must also be unworn and unused.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your receipt and the RAN in the package.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to the address you provide on your return authorization form.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items that are missing tags or packaging
• Items that are on sale
